5,043 Job Vacancies in Food Corporation of India (FCI)

Food Corporation of India (FCI), a government company handling food grains in the country, is recruiting 5,043 non-executive employees. As per the notification issued by FCI, this recruitment is to be done in five zones. 2388 posts are to be filled in North Zone, 989 posts in South Zone, 768 posts in East Zone, 713 posts in West Zone and 185 posts in North East Zone. There are total 5,043 Posts. This recruitment is to be done in five zones. 2388 posts are to be filled in North Zone, 989 posts in South Zone, 768 posts in East Zone, 713 posts in West Zone and 185 posts in North East Zone.

✅ Age Criteria:-

Age Limit is different for different posts. Age will be calculates as on 1st August 2022. Candidate should not be more than 25 years of age for Stenographer. While this age limit is 27 years for Assistant Grade, it is 28 years for Junior Engineer.

✅ Selection process:-

Selection will be done after examination in two phases.

For recruitment to non-executive posts, candidates will have to go through Phase-I and Phase-II examinations.

In Phase 1 there will be an Exam of 100 Marks. Candidates have to solve 100 MCQ within 1 Hour. There will be 25 questions of each English, Reasoning and Maths. 20 Questions will be of GK and 5 questions will be asked from Current Affairs. There is Negative Marking as well. .25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

In Phase 2 there will be Subject as per post or 120 MCQ or Typing Test. There will be 25 Questions of Reasoning, Maths and English and 45 Questions of GK in 120 MCQs.

✅ Educational Qualification:-

The candidate should have a degree or diploma in the subject related to the prescribed field. For Stenographer Post, Candidate should have Expert in English Typing and Shorthand. Candidate must have a speed of 25 words per minute in typing and 80 words per minute in shorthand.

✅ Syllabus:-
