According to the Forbes Real Time Billionaires List, Gautam Adani’s net worth rose by $5.2 billion, by a hike of 3.49 per cent. Now he is ahead of French tycoon Bernard Arnault and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos.

Gautam Adani now becomes world second richest man. He surpasses French tycoon Bernard Arnault and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos. The Adani Group chairman’s net worth now stands at $155.5 billion ( ₹12.37 lakh crore).

According to Forbes Billionaires List, Gautam Adani’s net worth rose by $5.2 billion, by a hike of 3.49 per cent. Tesla founder Elon Musk continues to occupy the top 1st position in the world rich list.

Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani is the second Indian with a net worth of $92.2 billion in Forbes Top 10 Billionaires List. Reliance Industries Chairman and Managing Director Mukesh Ambani is placed in eighth place with a net worth of $92.3 billion, behind Microsoft founder Bill Gates (net worth $105.3 billion), Larry Ellison (net worth $98.3 billion) and veteran Wall Street investor Warren Buffet (net worth $96.5 billion). The other billionaires in the top ten list include Bill Gates, Larry Ellison, Warren Buffett, Larry Page and Sergey Brin.

The Forbes list is currently headed by SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk whose net worth stands at $273.5 billion. He is followed by Gautam Adani, Arnault and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos.

On 30th August 2022, Adani surpassed Louis Vitton boss Arnault and became the world’s third richest man. It was the first instance when an Asian was ranked among the top three billionaires List.
